Tastings for catering customers can be arranged by pickup from our food truck or dropped off. Consumers are not allowed into commercial commensary's per health code.

General Information

Enclosed for your consideration are suggested menu selections. We welcome the opportunity to create menus and themes specific to your event.



As the market price for food products fluctuate, our prices are subject to change without notice. we recommend you confirm all costs with our Sales Team prior to your function. 


Equipment Rentals

Should you choose to rent equipment from an outside source (staging, linens, tents, etc.) the staff and owners of Lornett's Southern Kitchen will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of those items rented. Replacement or damage charges will be the responsibility of the client. These charges may be billed up to 35 days after your event.


Gratuity and Sales Tax

Our policy requires a service charge and applicable state sales tax on all food and/or beverages purchased.


Reserving and Cancelations

Please reserve your event with at least 10 days in advance to ensure availability of menu items, staffing, and quality of service. Should you need to cancel for any reason within 10 days of the event your deposit will be forfeited.


Minimum Orders

10-person minimum OR

$150.00 minimum charge unless otherwise indicated



A delivery charge will be applied to all events and included in final proposal. Labor costs may also increase with increased travel time. 

Delivery within Raleigh $20.00

Delivery within a 25-mile radius $25.00

Outside the 25-mile radius $4.00 per mile 


Confirmation & Payments

All reservations will be finalized with a signed confirmation agreement detailing the services the customer has requested to ensure quality of service. 

We request a 50% deposit of the projected sales when agreement is signed.

Final payment is due in full within 24 hours of the completion of the event.

In addition to prices shown on the menu, there is a sales tax added to all bills. Pricing is subject to change.

If planning to use a major credit card for payment, we require the card be processed at time of agreement signing and before the event. Credit card deposits incur an additional 5% processing fee.

SE Raleigh- MLK Blvd and Rock Quarry Rd (Roses lot close to MLK)

Cary- REI on Walnut st and Buck Jones Rd (Side of REI)

Durham- World Overcomers (TW Alexander and Miami Blvd) Friday and Saturday only!

North Raleigh- LIDL (Buffalo Rd and New Hope Rd) Back lot in front of store.
