Q: Do you offer tastings for certain catering events
A: Yes. However, consumers are not allowed into private comminsary locations. So in order to receive a tasting it would have to be setup where the party comes to the food truck to pick up or a drop off is set up.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: We do not offer deliveries unless its a catering booking. However, visit www.lskchefs.com for our new food truck locations.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We do not have a brick and mortar location yet.... We operate out of shared commercial kitchen located in Raleigh and Roxboro for catered events. For our food truck locations please visit our website www.lskchefs.com.

Q: Will your food truck offer online ordering and payments?
A: Yes! We highly encourage your place your orders online and pick up from our truck. Please be sure to check where we'll be located so, yu won't need to drive too far.
Q: What's the difference between Creole and Cajun food?
A: Cajun and Creole food are both native to Louisiana and can be found in restaurants throughout New Orleans. One of the simplest differences between the two cuisine types is that Creole food typically uses tomatoes and tomato-based sauces while traditional Cajun food does not.
Q: What's the difference in Drop off, Deliveried and Full Set Up catering?
A: With a Drop off you meet us at one of our meeting locations located on the "catering " page. Delivered we will bring the food to your location if you're outside of a 15 mile radius we will add a delivery charge of $25. Anything over 25 miles will accure additional charges. Full Set Up we come to you and set the food up buffet style. If you want a setup outside of disposable pans and utensils there will be an additional rental charge added to your cost.
Q: Do you offer catering services?
A: Yes! We have offer catering orders of up to 300 people at this time. We offer drop off with assisted setup if needed. We also offer full service catering with food servers and wait staff (seperate charge) Visit our "catering page" for details.
Q: How do we order and pay?
A: You can now place your orders on our new website or clicking this link shop now. You can pay by debit or credit apple pay, samsung pay directly through our webpage. For cash, zelle, venmo and $cashapp orders we ask that you call or text us. You can also send us a message through our facebook page or website (contact us link).
Q: Can we dine in or pick up our orders?
A: As for our catering side we currently only offer drop off, delivered or full set up services. If you're looking for a stationed setup we can also, assist with those plans well before your event. In addition our facilites aren't designed for dine in services at this time. On the food truck side yes we offer pick up. Visit our food truck website for menu and locations at www.lskchefs.com.
